The standard service level is based on our typical turnaround times and allows for efficient organisation of our workload. This is offered at the usual prices.

Three expedited service levels may be available for customers that require a faster turnaround. A premium is payable for expedited turnaround.

See below for turnaround times and applicable premiums. All service levels are subject to availability and may not be possible for all parts, specifications or situations. New parts/specifications may require extra time for the initial setup - it may be possible to perform this setup in advance if a sample part and all relevant information can be provided.

Long duration activities required for some specifications/parts may affect the fastest expedited service available:

• 24 hour humidity testing is required for some stainless steel passivation specifications
• 24 hour residue free testing is required for some chromate conversion coating specifications
• Heat treatment for de-embrittlement or stress relief can take hours and may need to be performed before and after treatment

While we have sought to provide turnaround times that can be applied in typical circumstances, there may be special cases where custom turnaround times may need to be provided. For example: more than 2 processes, very large parts, very large orders, special requirements, paints and other materials that need to be ordered in.
