The standard service level is based on our typical turnaround times and allows for efficient organisation of our workload. This is offered at the usual prices. See below for turnaround times. We will always seek to improve on this turnaround time, but our ability to do that will be determined by the workload at the time. We will review our standard turnaround from time to time according to capacity and customer feedback.
The 48-hour express service is charged at a 50% premium on the relevant line items and is based on dispatch/collection in the afternoon 2 working days after receipt.
The next day express service is charged at a 100% premium. The next day service is based on dispatch/collection on the next working day.

Our express service turnaround times are a target only. 95% of express jobs are completed on time. If your job is not available to collect within an hour of the promised time, you may apply to us for the express fee to be credited. Any application for a credit of your express fee must be made to us within 7 days of the job being collected or despatched.
