BONDERITE M-CR 1001 AERO (formerly Alodine 1001) is a specialised chromate conversion coating for the aerospace industry, that imparts good corrosion resistance and good electrical conductivity (low contact resistance) with minimal colouration.

BONDERITE M-CR 1001 AERO is on the QPL list for MIL-DTL-5541 (MIL-QPL-81706).

Properties

• Provides increased corrosion resistance while still preserving electrical conductivity.
• Provides a base for painting.
• Suitable as a final finish for some service conditions.
